Job summary

Al Rostamani Group seeks an experienced MEP Divisional Manager to oversee the entire MEP projects division, from design through execution, ensuring profitable, timely, and high-quality project delivery. The role carries full responsibility for division P&L and governance for costs and revenue monitoring.

The candidate will identify new MEP opportunities, collaborate with internal teams, and engage clients and stakeholders for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• MBA/Business Management degree preferred.
• PMI-PMP Certification preferred.
• 10–12 years of experience managing MEP projects for residential/commercial towers and industrial buildings.
• 3–4 years as Divisional Manager for MEP in UAE or GCC.
• ESCO industrial knowledge is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L for the MEP division and ensure profitability.
• Set up cost and revenue monitoring systems for projects.
• Optimize resources for efficient project execution and cost control.
• Track project budgets, schedules, and contracts using EVA.
• Lead project reviews with PM team to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee project scheduling using Primavera planning tools.
• Identify and pursue MEP opportunities with key stakeholders.
• Lead discussions on variations to protect project P&L.
• Maintain strong client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships.
• Oversee MEP design, planning, execution, and handover for diverse facilities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and standards.
• Review and update BOQs and align with progress.
