Complex MENA is seeking a Social Media Manager with a sharp eye for content, a data-driven mindset, and fluent Arabic to lead social performance across Instagram, TikTok, Snap and YouTube from Dubai. You will own the publishing plan, guide edits and thumbnails, and test formats to maximize engagement.

You'll collaborate with the EIC and team, run structured tests on hooks and video lengths, and build clear weekly reports to explain performance and next steps.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to grow social channels for a publisher or culture-led brand.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to read retention curves and derive briefs.
• Fluent in Arabic with deep knowledge of MENA creator scenes.

Responsibilities

• Own social publishing plan across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snap.
• Collaborate with EIC and team to sharpen hooks, captions, and thumbnails.
• Run tests on hooks, video length, timing; translate results into formats.
