Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Arabic, English, or a related discipline.
• Excellent Arabic writing and editing skills, with strong English proficiency.
• Strong understanding of social media formats, audiences, and publishing practices.
• Ability to simplify complex information while preserving accuracy and meaning.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• A portfolio demonstrating writing, editing, or social media content creation.
• Relevant professional experience is preferred; outstanding graduates with strong practical evidence will also be considered.
• Academic distinction, relevant awards, and meaningful internships are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proofread Arabic and English captions, posts, headlines, and short-form video scripts.
• Adapt key messages into platform-specific content for Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
• Manage content calendars, scheduling, and publishing through established approval processes.
• Verify names, facts, dates, translations, and supporting materials before publication.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and other contributors to deliver timely content.
• Maintain a consistent tone of voice and high editorial standards.
• Monitor relevant trends and identify opportunities for timely, engaging content.
• Review content performance and use insights to improve future posts.
• Handle sensitive or unpublished information with discretion.
