Job summary

Amazon UAE in Dubai seeks a Senior Product Manager – Home and Leisure to own the regional product and technology roadmap across the Middle East and North Africa. You will coordinate delivery across global teams, translate regional needs into PRDs, and ensure localization of services and warranty initiatives.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in product management, strong English communication, and the ability to lead multi-year planning and complex product initiatives across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years in product management, program management, or related field.
• Experience leading product roadmaps and defining requirements.
• Strong communication and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional product and technology roadmap for Home and Leisure across the MENA region.
• Maintain end-to-end visibility across product domains, features, dependencies, and investment themes.
• Define product vision, priorities, and measurable outcomes for the MENA portfolio.
• Drive delivery across multiple global technology partner teams.
• Translate regional needs into BRDs/PRDs and localized requirements.
• Lead annual and multi-year planning cycles and present roadmaps to leadership.
