Senior Product Manager – Home and Leisure is an internet opportunity leading the product and technology roadmap for a complex portfolio across the Middle East and North Africa. The role coordinates delivery across multiple global technology teams, represents regional business requirements, ensures services and warranty initiatives are localized, and pilots successful launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the regional product and technology roadmap for Home and Leisure categories.
- Maintain end‑to‑end visibility across all product domains, features, dependencies, and investment themes.
- Define the product vision, strategic priorities, and measurable outcomes for the MENA portfolio.
- Drive product delivery against agreed commitments across six global technology partner teams.
- Balance directly owned features with deliverables managed by external or global teams.
- Sequence priorities based on customer value, business impact, regulatory needs, and engineering capacity.
- Identify roadmap gaps, schedule risks, resource constraints, and delivery dependencies.
- Escalate material risks early and provide clear mitigation recommendations to leadership.
- Represent MENA customer and business requirements to global product and engineering teams.
- Translate regional needs into structured product requirements and prioritized feature requests.
- Ensure global capabilities are appropriately localized for MENA markets.
- Coordinate stakeholder input required for regional product design and launch decisions.
- Lead annual and multi‑year product and technology planning cycles.
- Prepare investment proposals, prioritization recommendations, and roadmap submissions.
- Manage worldwide approval processes for regional initiatives and product investments.
- Build alignment across global and regional teams on priorities, delivery dates, and ownership.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing for new features, services, and technology changes.
- Define testing scope, success criteria, issue severity, and launch‑readiness requirements.
- Work with business and operational teams to confirm training, communications, and support readiness.
- Ensure all launch dependencies are completed before product deployment.
- Lead regular multi‑team delivery reviews and track commitments through completion.
- Maintain integrated plans covering development, testing, approvals, localization, and launch.
- Write clear business requirements documents and product requirements documents.
- Develop design documents, decision papers, and implementation plans where required.
- Prepare roadmap reviews and executive updates for senior leadership.

- Drive decisions where ownership is distributed across multiple teams and organizations.
- Influence global teams without relying solely on direct authority.
- Use data and business insights to support prioritization and leadership decisions.
- Establish product metrics that measure adoption, performance, customer experience, and business impact.
- Monitor launched capabilities and coordinate corrective action when results fall below expectations.

Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
- Demonstrated experience working as a product manager or product owner.
- Proven ownership of product roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience delivering products from concept through development, testing, launch, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of feature delivery, prioritization, and product trade‑offs.
- Experience owning technology‑enabled products.
- Ability to manage delivery across several engineering or technology teams.
- Strong capability in coordinating influenced‑but‑not‑owned deliverables.
- Experience representing regional business requirements to global product teams.
- Ability to write clear BRDs, PRDs, design documents, and executive narratives.
- Strong project‑planning and dependency‑management skills.
- Experience leading annual or multi‑year planning cycles is advantageous.
- Knowledge of user acceptance testing and operational‑readiness processes.
- Ability to work effectively with finance, legal, compliance, customer service, and operations teams.
- Strong analytical judgment and confidence using data to support decisions.
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership through structured and data‑driven insights.
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholder groups.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
