Job summary

Gateway in the United Arab Emirates seeks a visionary Head of Digital Transformation to lead the digital agenda across the financial services sector in the MENA region. You will guide strategy, manage cross‑functional teams, and partner with IT and business units to embed AI, blockchain and data analytics into operations.

The role requires a decade in digital roles within financial services, including at least five years in leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or related field. Certifications in digital transformation or leadership are a plus.
10+ years of experience in digital roles within financial services, with at least 5 years in a leadership position overseeing digital transformation initiatives.
Proven ability to develop and implement digital strategies that significantly improve performance, customer experience, and innovation.
Strong leadership skills to inspire and lead teams through complex digital change initiatives.
Excellent understanding of current and emerging digital technologies and their application in financial services.
Proven track record in managing stakeholder relationships across various levels of an organization.
