Job summary
Hackensack Meridian Health seeks a Senior Sales & Business Development professional to drive sales growth, market expansion, and customer engagement across the MENA region. You will identify, develop, and convert opportunities within the HMH portfolio while supporting strategic customer relationships and regional growth initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in oil and gas, with sales and business development in the Middle East and North Africa.
- Strong OEM background in drilling equipment, well control technologies; familiarity with top drives, drawworks, mud pumps, automated pipe handling systems.
- Advanced Salesforce CRM proficiency and strong negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the MENA region.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across MENA regions and key accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within drilling contractors, operators and partners.
- Expand footprint across drilling equipment and related upstream technologies.
- Maintain accurate opportunity management in Salesforce and provide forecasts.
- Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate contract reviews.
- Support regional growth strategies and market entry initiatives.
