Boston Scientific Corporation in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to lead development and expansion of strategic health care partnerships across the MENA region. You will collaborate with the HS&P team to leverage our portfolio and deliver value-based offerings tailored to customer needs.

The role requires deep understanding of regional procurement, reimbursement dynamics, and the ability to influence senior decision-makers within a complex matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Significant commercial experience in medical device or health care, with strategic account management.
• Strong understanding of the MENA health care landscape, procurement and reimbursement.
• Proven track record managing complex strategic accounts and delivering growth.
• Experience working with distributors and channel partners across multiple MENA markets.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Fluency in English, Arabic and/or French.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand strategic accounts across the MENA region.
• Establish relationships with healthcare stakeholders including C-suite and procurement.
• Lead end-to-end strategic account planning with multi-year growth strategies.
• Develop cross-divisional opportunities leveraging portfolio.
• Coordinate cross-functional account teams in tender management and contract negotiations.
• Deliver value-based commercial proposals and integrated solutions.
