Job summary

HMH is seeking a Senior Sales & Business Development leader to drive growth across the MENA region. You will identify opportunities, expand the portfolio of drilling equipment and related technologies, and manage end-to-end commercial activities.

Responsibilities include building pipelines, forecasting, leading negotiations, and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders in Engineering, Operations, and Procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in oil & gas sales and business development.
• Proven experience with drilling equipment and well control technologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market expansion across the MENA region.
• Identify and develop opportunities with drilling contractors and operators.
• Expand HMH footprint across drilling equipment and related technologies.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasts for opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract reviews per policy.
• Build strong relationships with engineering, operations and procurement teams.
