Job summary

OKX is seeking an Affiliate Business Development Manager for the MENA region. This remote role partners with regional affiliates, influencers and KOLs to drive user acquisition and expand the OKX platform in the area.

Based in Dubai with remote responsibilities, you will manage relationships with high‑net‑worth traders, plan online and offline campaigns, and optimize affiliate performance through data analysis and segmentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cryptocurrency, Finance or related space with large affiliate networks.
• Experience in business development or affiliate management.
• Strong connections with HNW clients and professional traders in the region.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop affiliates with communities and relationships that include HNW clients and professional traders.
• Manage relationships with HNW clients in MENA and build partnerships with influencers for user acquisition.
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns with influencers/KOLs or media channels.
• Expand the user base and grow awareness of the OKX brand.
• Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates/KOLs and acquire users.

What You'll Be Doing Proactively identify and develop affiliates with communities and relationships that consist of HNW clients and professional traders Manage and enhance relationships with HNW clients in MENA, being in contact with them frequently, build partnerships with influencers for the purpose of user acquisition Planning and execution of online and some offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns with influencers/KOLs or media channels Expand the user base and grow awareness of the OKX brand Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates/KOLs and acquire users What We Look For In You Solid experience in Cryptocurrency, Finance, FX or any related space, with a track record in building large affiliate networks from start to finish Experience in business development or affiliate management Solid connections in the region with HNW clients and professional traders Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation Fluent in English and Arabic is a MUST Nice to Haves Bonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange!
