Job summary

Vivo Care is seeking a patient enrollment agent to make outbound and take inbound calls for enrolling patients in remote monitoring programs. You will educate patients on remote monitoring and chronic care management, and guide them through device setup over the phone to ensure a smooth experience.

Ideal candidates have call center experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues while delivering excellent patient service and meeting enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Phone or call center experience required.
• Technical aptitude to pass typing and computer literacy tests.
• Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and overcome objections.
• Strong problem-solving, listening, and multitasking skills.
• Must have personal equipment: wired Ethernet (50/10 Mbps), modern PC, 8GB RAM, noise-canceling headset, and a secondary monitor.
