• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees.
• Follow safety policies and report maintenance, accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain professional appearance; protect company assets and confidentiality.
• Develop positive relationships and support team goals; respond to colleagues’ concerns.
• Stand or move for extended periods; lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
