our company is looking for a dedicated and highly skilled Medical Oncologist to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert care and support to patients diagnosed with cancer, focusing on delivering personalized treatment plans and comprehensive management throughout their cancer journey.

Your responsibilities will include evaluating patients, diagnosing their conditions, and recommending appropriate treatment options. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients, while also participating in clinical research initiatives to advance the field of oncology.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose various forms of cancer, utilizing clinical skills and advanced diagnostic methods.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to manage side effects and optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment options, potential side effects, and supportive measures.
• Stay current with the latest oncology research and advancements to provide evidence-based care.
• Document all patient interactions and care plans in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Requirements

M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.

Completion of residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Medical Oncology.

Board certification in Medical Oncology.

A minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in oncology.

Strong knowledge of current oncology treatment protocols and research.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interactions.

Ability to work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.

Commitment to continuous professional development and education in oncology.

Active medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.

Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
