Job summary

Huda Beauty is seeking a Digital and Media Performance Analytics Manager to lead hands-on analysis of paid media campaigns across channels, translating insights into optimization actions. You will partner with the Global Paid Media & Growth team and work with our Technology group to automate dashboards and ensure data quality.

The role emphasizes media effectiveness, KPI governance, and AI-enabled workflows, with collaboration across markets and agencies to drive business impact.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of hands-on experience in media/digital analytics.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Media, Marketing or relevant field.
• Expert-level experience with digital media platform reporting tools/APIs (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, DV360).
• Experience analysing paid media performance across multiple channels and platforms.
• Experience informing media optimisation decisions with global/local teams.
• Strong understanding of media KPIs across the funnel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze media performance across channels (paid social, search, programmatic) and measure efficiency and ROAS.
• Provide optimization recommendations on budget allocation, audience targeting, creative, and channel mix.
• Collaborate with global/local media teams to conduct post-campaign analyses and share learnings.
• Develop and communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Support AI-enabled workflows for reporting and automation in collaboration with Technology team.
