You will translate creative direction into executable social plans, own projects from brief to publish, and collaborate with production, editors and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in social media, strong influencer understanding, and outstanding project management with a passion for culture and fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in social media content creator marketing or a related field
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and wider social media culture
• Strong understanding of influencer and creator behaviour and how successful creators build audiences and communities
• Strong creative instincts with the ability to identify what feels current, relevant and social-first
• Excellent project management, organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to brief creative teams and provide clear actionable feedback

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of social media strategies and content across key social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels
• Translate creative direction and broader vision into clear actionable social plans, content ideas and executions
• Take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery including planning, briefing, coordinating shoots, managing edits, approvals and publishing
• Develop compelling social-first content that builds audience connection, engagement and long-term channel growth
• Stay close to social media culture, influencer behaviour, emerging creators, trends, formats, audios and conversations
