Job summary
Huda Beauty in Dubai is seeking a Senior Manager Paid Media and Growth to own omni-channel media strategy and execution across launches and core products. You will lead the shift to in-house media capabilities, manage budgets, and build a high-performing team of media planners and buyers.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of paid media strategy, planning and buying experience.
- Beauty/fashion/CPG or retail brand experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing, Business or related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead omni-channel planning across paid social, influencer, programmatic, search, and eRetail.
- Manage in-house media desk operations, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Develop and optimize cross-market media strategies with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with platform vendors and negotiate JBPs.
- Drive transition from external agencies to in-house capabilities.
