Job summary
Huda Beauty is seeking a Senior Manager, Social Media Analytics to lead the social analytics function, drive data-driven decisions, and guide cross-functional teams across Social Strategy, Paid Media, Creative, Influencer, and Brand Marketing. You will manage a team of analysts and develop dashboards that translate data into strategy.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in social analytics with at least 2 years in leadership, and hands-on experience with Sprinklr, Power BI, and multi-platform
Qualifications
- 8+ years in social media analytics with proven leadership experience.
- Track record translating data into actionable social/content strategy.
- Experience analysing organic social performance across major platforms.
- Proficiency with analytics/reporting platforms: Sprinklr, Power BI, dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the social analytics roadmap.
- Mentor a team of analysts and partner with senior leadership.
- Oversee dashboards and reports across multiple platforms and tools.
- Deliver weekly/monthly/campaign performance insights with recommendations.
- Lead social listening and competitive intelligence efforts.
- Collaborate with Brand, Creative, E-commerce, and PR to align KPIs.
