Dynamic Staffing Solutions seeks a Mechanical Supervisor to oversee site activities and lead mechanical technicians and engineers on a project site in the United Arab Emirates. You will plan schedules, coordinate trades, and ensure timely completion of mechanical work while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety protocols, training team members, and preparing progress and performance reports for management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Several years hands-on mechanical experience with supervisory/leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage mechanical technicians and engineers on site.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance skills and performance.
• Plan schedules and oversee mechanical projects to ensure timely completion.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to safety regulations among team members.
• Serve as liaison between management, clients and technical team for clear communication.
• Prepare reports for management on project performance and outcomes.
