Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a site supervisor to oversee daily construction activities in Dubai. You will coordinate manpower, subcontractors, engineers and site teams to ensure work aligns with approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.

The role requires a Diploma in an engineering field and 2–4 years of relevant supervisory experience, with UAE/GCC exposure preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success on this diverse, multicultural project

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/MEP or related field.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in construction or infrastructure.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred with regional practices.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and site procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site and construction activities.
• Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, engineers and site teams.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, specs and schedules.
• Monitor site progress, productivity, materials and equipment.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and safety requirements.
• Identify and report technical or construction-related issues.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Support testing, inspection, snagging and handover activities.
• Coordinate civil, mechanical, MEP, structural or general works as assigned.
