Decima International seeks an experienced Mechanical Supervisor for our Dubai project. Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in mechanical supervision on large-scale projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience supervising MEP works on active construction sites.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specs, and shop drawings.
• Coordination with contractors, QA/QC, HSE, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of HVAC, chilled water, piping, ductwork, and fire protection systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site mechanical and MEP installation activities per approved drawings and specs.
• Monitor works across HVAC, chilled water, ductwork, piping, plumbing, drainage, and related systems.
• Support inspections to verify quality and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, QA/QC, HSE, and commissioning teams.
• Review daily activities, ensure resources and materials are aligned with schedules.
• Assist in closeout, snagging, testing, and handover activities.
