Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in mechanical supervision and MEP installation on large-scale projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specs, and method statements.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, ducts, drainage, and fire protection on site.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day mechanical and MEP installation activities on site.
• Monitor progress against approved schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, QA/QC, HSE, commissioning, and project management teams.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, inspection requests, and test reports.
• Support inspections, commissioning, handover, and closeout activities.
• Maintain accurate daily site records, progress updates, and issue logs.
• Promote safety, quality, and accountability across site activities.
