Job summary

Gulf Workforce is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee mechanical works on construction sites in the UAE. You will manage site teams, ensure installations align with drawings and project schedules, and coordinate with engineers and other trades.

The ideal candidate has extensive UAE experience as a Mechanical Supervisor, reads drawings proficiently, holds a valid UAE driving license, and demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 35 years of UAE experience as a Mechanical Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and site execution
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Good leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical works including HVAC plumbing firefighting and related systems
• Manage daily activities of technicians and subcontractors on site
• Ensure installations comply with approved drawings specifications and safety standards
• Coordinate with MEP engineers site engineers and other trades
• Monitor material usage manpower and work progress
• Conduct site inspections and support testing & commissioning activities
• Prepare daily reports and resolve site issues
