AECOM is seeking a Mechanical Site Supervisor in the United Arab Emirates to oversee on-site installation and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards. You will coordinate with contractors and engineers to resolve issues and keep the project on track.

The role emphasizes on-site supervision, reporting, and detailed documentation to support client satisfaction and project success across mechanical disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Oversee the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems including HVAC plumbing and other mechanical equipment.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all mechanical work meets the required standards and specifications.
• Coordination: Work closely with contractors engineers and other professionals to resolve any mechanical issues that arise during construction.
• Compliance: Ensure all mechanical installations comply with local building codes safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any mechanical issues or conflicts on-site making necessary adjustments to plans.
• Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders highlighting any deviations from the plan and proposed solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of site activities including daily logs inspection reports and change orders.
• Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the mechanical aspects of the project.
