Job summary

Smart Bim Technical Services L.L.C. in Dubai seeks experienced HVAC/Mechanical professionals to develop and coordinate MEP drawings for high-rise facilities. The role requires strong AutoCAD skills and knowledge of MEP systems, with familiarity in Revit MEP/BIM considered a plus.

You will work closely with FM teams, site staff, and consultants to ensure accurate coordination. Qualified candidates bring 5–8 years of UAE experience, especially in facilities management.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevantexperience in UAE, preferably in facility management and high-risebuildings.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD; Revit MEP/BIM is an advantage.
• Good understanding of MEP systems, building services, and construction practices.
• Strong coordination, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare HVAC shop drawings, ducting layouts, chilled water piping, equipment details and as-built drawings.
• Prepare Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural drawings.
• Prepare detail coordination drawings and builder’s work. Coordinate with Engineers, Consultants, FM teams, and Site teams.
• Revise drawings based on consultant comments, site requirements, and design changes.
