Dyson is seeking a Head of Transformation for the Middle East and Africa to lead critical business transformation programs across the MEA region. You will drive efficiency, growth and profitability, overseeing multi-project initiatives with robust governance and risk management.

The role requires expertise in cross-functional leadership, stakeholder engagement and market analysis, while supporting commercial negotiations with partners and shaping regional operational structures.

• Build relationships with local, regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities supporting Dyson's regional expansion.
