Transformation Journeys is looking for a Transformation Director in Dubai to lead the execution of transformation initiatives within their portfolio business. This role requires strong leadership in managing complex operations and the ability to work closely with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in transformation leadership and improving performance in large businesses. Candidates with experience in transport/logistics or food/agriculture sectors are preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Senior experience as a Transformation Director, Programme Director, or senior consultant.
• Strong delivery bias with evidence of managing complex execution programmes.
• Background in operations, transformation, or performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Translate transformation objectives into structured workstreams with clear ownership.
• Drive execution across operations and performance improvement initiatives.
• Establish governance and reporting mechanisms.
