About the role

As the Head of Transformation for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) at Dyson you will drive and successfully deliver critical business transformation projects designed to grow and expand our footprint in the region. This role requires you to lead complex high-impact initiatives optimize business operations and support commercial negotiations with partners. You will oversee end-to-end project management across projects of varying complexity ensuring best-in-class project management methodologies are maintained including stakeholder engagement governance reporting change management and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities include identifying designing and implementing change programs that drive efficiency growth and profitability as well as working cross-functionally to re-shape operational structures and processes. You will analyse business processes evaluate the technical and operational impacts of change and foster strong relationships with local regional and global stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and organizational alignment. Additionally you will conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities that keep Dyson ahead of the competition and support ongoing business expansion in the MEA region.
