• Minimum 15 years of progressive hospitality leadership experience with internationally recognized hotel brands.
• At least 5 years of multi-property leadership experience at Regional Director, Area Vice President, Vice President Operations, or equivalent level.

• Provide strategic direction and operational leadership across a portfolio of hotels within the Middle East & Africa region.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, market share, and overall asset performance across all properties.
• Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers to deliver exceptional business and guest experience results.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators including GOP, EBITDA, RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, Guest Satisfaction, and Employee Engagement.
• Partner with Commercial, Revenue, Finance, Human Resources, and Development teams to execute regional and corporate strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, investors, asset managers, and key stakeholders.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and performance review processes.
• Ensure consistent implementation of operational standards, brand compliance, quality assurance, and risk management practices.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, cost optimization, and business transformation initiatives.
• Support new hotel openings, transitions, conversions, and integration projects across the region.
• Champion leadership development, succession planning, and organizational capability building.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this executive leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, owner satisfaction, and sustainable growth across multiple properties and brands.

This is a unique opportunity for a visionary hospitality leader with a proven track record in multi-property leadership, asset performance optimization, and talent development within a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality environment.

The Vice President of Operations will provide strategic oversight and operational leadership across a portfolio of hotels, ensuring alignment with company objectives, brand standards, and owner expectations. The role will partner closely with General Managers and regional leadership teams to maximize profitability, enhance guest experiences, strengthen commercial performance, and develop future hospitality leaders.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive hospitality leadership experience with internationally recognized hotel brands.
• At least 5 years of multi-property leadership experience at Regional Director, Area Vice President, Vice President Operations, or equivalent level.
• Proven track record of managing multiple hotels and delivering sustained financial and operational success.
• Strong understanding of GCC and Middle East hospitality markets.
• Experience working with owners, ownership groups, asset managers, and institutional investors.
• Demonstrated expertise in hotel operations, revenue management, commercial strategy, financial planning, and organizational leadership.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
