Job summary

BD SELECT in JAFZA, Dubai, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage day-to-day sales administration and customer support for the Middle East region. You will ensure accurate order processing, coordinate between sales, operations, logistics and head office, and maintain high client satisfaction.

The role requires 2–4 years in sales coordination, a Bachelor's degree, regional GCC experience, strong MS Office skills, and English fluency (Arabic a plus).

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration or customer service, preferably in FMCG or related industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related field.
• Regional experience with GCC/Middle East customers and trade practices.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel required); experience with ERP/CRM systems and Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic language is a strong advantage.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Order management: receive, verify and confirm purchase orders; enter/maintain in ERP and ensure complete documentation; coordinate with operations, warehouse and logistics for availability and dispatch.
• Customer support & communication: serve as first contact for assigned accounts; respond to inquiries; provide product information; communicate price updates and promotions.
• Account administration: create and maintain customer accounts; coordinate account setup with head office; monitor regional budget and report variances; track turnover by country.
• Reporting & data management: maintain sales trackers, CRM and customer records; prepare weekly/monthly reports; support ad-hoc analysis.
• Coordination & continuous improvement: liaise with finance, operations, logistics, marketing; suggest process improvements to reduce errors and lead times.
• Compliance & documentation: ensure compliance with company policies and export/import documentation; adhere to regional regulations.
