Job summary

Pink Camel Recruitment seeks an experienced Regional Sales Manager – Middle East to drive B2B wholesale sales of mobile devices across the region in Dubai, UAE. You will identify distributors, retailers, and trading partners, leveraging an existing buyer network to secure bulk orders and maximize margins.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales, trading, or distribution experience, ideally within mobile phones, consumer electronics, or telecom.
• Must have an existing and verifiable network of wholesale buyers across the Middle East purchasing mobile devices in bulk.
• Proven track record of closing high-volume, high-value B2B deals and achieving sales targets.
• Fluent in English; Arabic strongly preferred; travel frequently across the Middle East.
• Must be based in or relocate to Dubai, UAE.
• Experience trading both new and used/refurbished devices is advantageous.
• Familiarity with international shipping, customs, electronics trade documentation is preferred.
• Previous experience in fast-paced trading/import/export/electronics distribution is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and onboard wholesale buyers of mobile devices across the Middle East.
• Leverage and expand an existing network of distributors, retailers, resellers, and trading companies to generate recurring bulk sales.
• Negotiate pricing, order volumes, payment terms, and delivery conditions while protecting commercial margins.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business.
• Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and pricing benchmarks to support commercial decision-making.
• Collaborate with sourcing, procurement, and logistics teams to align available stock with buyer demand.
• Represent the business at regional trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
• Manage and report on the sales pipeline, closed deals, sales volumes, and revenue against agreed targets.
• Ensure transactions comply with documentation, quality-control, and payment-security requirements.
• Provide management with regular market feedback and buyer intelligence to support pricing and stock strategy.
