Job summary

QiaoYin City Management Co., Ltd. seeks an experienced project manager to oversee UAE property projects with a long-term view across the Middle East. You will implement service standards, SOPs, and emergency plans while maintaining strong client relationships with schools, government bodies, and premium offices.

The role requires leadership, deep knowledge of facilities management, and willingness to travel overseas for extended periods. Proficiency in both English and Chinese is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in large-scale public building or high-end property management.
• Experience with schools, government/public buildings, and premium office towers.
• Strong command of the full property management workflow and processes.
• Bachelor's degree or above; fluent English for work communication.
• Willingness for overseas posting and long-term assignment; good health.
• Chinese language level as mother tongue with excellent written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and management of existing UAE property projects.
• Develop service standards, SOPs, and emergency plans.
• Liaise with owners/clients; deliver reports and manage complaints.
• Prepare budgets and identify safety/compliance risks.
• Undertake bidding for local projects and support marketing/business development.
