Job summary

QiaoYin City Management Co., Ltd. seeks an experienced project manager to oversee UAE property projects with a long-term view across the Middle East. You will implement service standards, SOPs, and emergency plans while maintaining strong client relationships with schools, government bodies, and premium offices.

Qualifications

Job description

Most important: Language level of Chinese same with mother tongue, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese.

I. Job Responsibilities

• 1. Project Management: Oversee the operation and management of existing property management projects in the UAE (with the long-term scope of managing property-related business across the entire Middle East region); formulate annual plans and take responsibility for project business objectives.
• 2. System Development: Introduce advanced practices from China and, in alignment with local regulations, establish service standards, operating procedures, and emergency response plans to address existing management pain points.
• 3. Client Relations: Liaise with property owners/clients (schools, government institutions, etc.); deliver regular reports, handle complaints, and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients.
• 4. Cost & Risk Control: Prepare budgets and control costs; identify safety and compliance risks and develop mitigation plans.
• 5. Bidding & Quotation: Undertake bidding for local property management and other service projects; support the marketing/business development team in expanding operations.

Job Requirements

• 1. 10+ years of experience in large-scale public building or high-end property management, with hands-on experience in projects such as schools, government/public buildings, and premium office towers. Candidates with full-lifecycle management or system-building experience are preferred; overseas property operations experience is a plus.
• 2. Solid command of the full property management workflow; strong systematic thinking and execution capability; ability to build processes from scratch; proficient in facilities management (FM/IFM).
• 3. Bachelor's degree or above; fluent English for work communication, business negotiations, and document handling.
• 4. Strong leadership, high sense of responsibility, and respect for local culture and religion.
• 5. Good physical health; at least six months of overseas business travel or posting experience; able to adapt to long-term overseas assignments.
