Job summary

Amazon is hiring for a Partner Growth Marketing role based in Dubai, UAE. You will drive growth for subscription services across MEA by leveraging data insights, building scalable programs, and leading strategic partner relationships with senior executives.

Qualifications

• Experience driving strategic meetings with senior executives to expand partnership priorities.
• Experience thinking and working creatively to develop unique joint value propositions and product strategy within a partner ecosystem
• Experience using data analysis to drive business decisions
• Travel up to 15% of the time
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Extensive experience in growth marketing, account management and/or business development

Responsibilities

• Own existing strategic partner accounts fostering senior partner exec relationships.
• Deliver against an annual forecast of Prime subscriptions driven by partners across MEA.
• Drive data-driven insights - dive deep into funnel data, partner performance metrics, and customer behavior.
• Own partner growth strategy - develop segmentation frameworks, campaign plans, offer propositions and new solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for performance and growth insights on your partnerships.
• Optimize customer experience - map and improve end-to-end CX flows across partner touchpoints.
• Build scalable marketing mechanisms - develop automation, playbooks, and reusable programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Prime, Retail, Product, and BD teams to deliver opportunities.
