Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential selling partners for Amazon.ae Marketplace.
• Prioritize and manage a portfolio of partners to meet product family goals.
• Act as a consultant with data-driven insights to grow partners' business.
• Spot opportunities in categories via brands, trends, and pricing to drive growth.
• Analyze partner performance and feed Voice of the Seller into product improvements.
• Educate partners about Amazon/Souq delivery and customer experience standards.
• Track results, analyze data, and publish recommendations and action plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align programs driving partner growth.
