Sungrow MENA & Central Asia is seeking a Regional Installer Ecosystem Manager to lead the rollout of Sungrow's Installer Ecosystem Program across the MEA region. You will translate HQ frameworks into regional plans, coordinate pilots and expansion, and ensure alignment with iSolarCloud functionalities to improve installer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in loyalty programs, channel or indirect sales, CRM/platform-based customer programs, demand creation, and regional program management.
• Experience working across multiple countries and cultures.
• Experience within renewable energy is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead rollout and implementation of the Installer Ecosystem Program across MEA.
• Translate HQ's global framework into regional and country-level execution plans.
• Coordinate pilot programs and expansion across priority markets.
• Collaborate with HQ to refine platform functionality, program rules and installer experience.
• Ensure alignment between regional business requirements and Sungrow iSolarCloud functionalities.
• Drive installer recruitment, activation and development targets with Channel Managers and Demand Creation teams.
• Monitor installer journey from recruitment to activation, certification, development and retention.
• Develop initiatives to convert registered installers into active Sungrow installers and increase registrations.
• Define and track regional KPIs including registered/active/certified installers and installer retention.
• Coordinate installer points, classifications, rewards, and ROI-focused incentives; develop regional campaigns.
• Support annual installer rewards and recognition programs and assess incentive effectiveness.
