Job summary

Mizuho in Dubai seeks an HR Analyst to support HR administration and reporting across the MEA region. You will partner with the Head of Human Resources MEA Talent and support teams to ensure compliance with local labour laws and accurate data across HR systems.

Responsibilities include recruitment support, onboarding/offboarding processes, data management, immigration coordination, and payroll/benefits administration, with a focus on accuracy and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Business Finance or related field.
• Experience in HR analytics operations or reporting - ideally in banking or financial services.
• Strong Excel and HRIS skills (Workday/SuccessFactors preferred).
• High attention to detail and comfort handling confidential data.
• Solid understanding of DIFC and UAE labour laws.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and tell a story through insights.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment support: opening positions in HR systems and securing approvals.
• Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates and acknowledge speculative applications.
• End-to-end HR lifecycle administration including contracts, moves, and leavers.
• Background screening initiation and verification with providers.
• Payroll, benefits administration, and attendance to HR reporting requirements.
• Data maintenance and HR document control ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
• Immigration liaison for residence permits, visas, and related documentation.
• IT systems and reporting upkeep for HR data, intranet content, and trackers.
• Support the Head of HR MEA on regional HR initiatives and governance.
