Job summary

Element Materials Technology is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator in Dubai to join the HR Shared Services team. You will provide HR transactional support for MEA and Asia operations and work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure smooth employee lifecycle handling.

The role focuses on data integrity, onboarding, contracts, payroll collaboration, and continuous improvement within a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain core HR data in Dynamics 365 to ensure accurate processing of MEA employee data (joiners, changes, leavers, personal info, holidays).
• Respond to HR transactional queries within SLA timelines and escalate when needed.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other lifecycle documentation.
• Manage onboarding, new starter paperwork, and references.
• Process variable and fixed compensation change requests.
• Collaborate with Payroll and HR Business Partners to support operations.
