Job summary

Confirmo is seeking its first Head of Business Development for the MEA region, based in Dubai. You will own the full revenue engine, open markets, build pipeline, and close strategic deals, in collaboration with the CEO and regional leaders.

You will navigate UAE regulatory requirements, shape GTM strategy, and partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate Confirmo's MEA footprint in crypto, fintech, and payments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience.
• Payments background is a plus.
• Self-sufficient pipeline builder with outbound focus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; startup experience desirable.
• Regional knowledge across UAE/MEA is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; Arabic a plus.
• Understanding of crypto and stablecoins is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue for the region and deliver the MEA revenue strategy.
• Partner with the CEO and regional leaders on GTM strategy and partnerships.
• Define and lead market entry strategy as Dubai-based BD Director.
• Build and own your pipeline across crypto, fintech, payments and beyond.
• Operate with regulatory awareness in UAE and Confirmo's standards.
