Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries in Dubai seeks a Senior Business Developer to lead the Global Export Development (GED) orchestration for MEA, linking priority Chinese industrial customers with Siemens capabilities and local ecosystems.

Based in Dubai, the role drives journey signals, activates country teams, and translates signals into measurable DI growth while maintaining neutrality among ecosystem players.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in industrial B2B growth, sales or project development.
• Strong understanding of Middle East ecosystems; Africa exposure is a plus.
• Experience with EPCs, infrastructure or large investment projects is valuable.
• China-related business or cross-border investment exposure is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Detect and qualify MEA journey signals and connect to Siemens capabilities.
• Orchestrate MEA country teams, China GJOs/GED nodes, and ecosystems.
• Translate signals into qualified DI opportunities and measurable impact.
• Maintain neutrality among ecosystem players and preserve ownership boundaries.
