Job summary

Siemens DI GED seeks a Senior Business Developer in Dubai to connect priority Chinese customers with Siemens capabilities across MEA. You will orchestrate a multi-country ecosystem, translate signals into opportunities, and drive measurable DI impact while maintaining neutrality among partners.

The role emphasizes journey intelligence, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable growth within a global export development framework.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial B2B environments.
• Knowledge of MEA industrial ecosystems is a plus.
• Experience with EPCs, infrastructure, energy/resources or large investment projects is valuable.
• China-related business or cross-border exposure is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify MEA journey signals related to priority Chinese customers.
• Translate signals into qualified DI opportunities.
• Orchestrate cross-country MEA teams around priority journeys.
• Preserve Siemens neutrality and respect ownership of opportunities.
• Contribute to GED data, qualification, orchestration and capability development.
