Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes: curries, biryanis, tandoori items.
• Ensure ingredients are fresh and high quality.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety standards.
• Create new dishes or modify existing ones to keep the menu fresh.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times.
