Qualifications

• Strong foundation in classical Chinese culinary arts across multiple regional styles.
• Formal culinary training or certifications from a recognized institution.
• 5+ years progressive experience in professional Chinese kitchens.
• Proficiency in advanced Chinese cooking techniques.

Responsibilities

• Master a wide range of traditional and modern Chinese dishes across regional cuisines (Cantonese, Sichuan, Shanghainese, Beijing).
• Develop innovative new menu items and specials using seasonal ingredients and trends.
• Maintain impeccable standards of food quality, taste, presentation and consistency for all dishes.
• Oversee and manage kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow, timely order fulfillment and adherence to service standards.
