Job summary

Akkodis in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a MarTech Engineer with hands-on experience across digital analytics, tracking, automation, CRM integrations and marketing technology platforms. This technical MarTech role focuses on building, configuring and optimising the technology and data infrastructure supporting digital customer journeys, campaign measurement and business performance.

Qualifications

Experience in MarTech, Marketing Technology, Digital Analytics or Marketing Automation.
Hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical implementations.

Responsibilities

Implement and optimise MarTech platforms, tracking solutions and digital analytics tools.
Configure and manage GA4, GTM and related measurement technologies.
Integrate MarTech platforms with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar.
Develop dashboards using Power BI, Looker Studio or Tableau.
Analyse customer behaviour and campaign performance to drive optimisation.
Work with Product, Engineering, Design and Commercial teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
