Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking a MarTech Operations Senior Executive to act as the operational and technical control point for the marketing technology ecosystem. You will diagnose issues, manage configurations, and ensure marketing platforms remain connected, healthy and scalable.

This role supports Brand, CRM and channel teams while protecting clear ownership boundaries across Product, Tech, Data, and external support.>

Qualifications

• SQL: querying and validating datasets for diagnosis.
• GA4/Tag Manager: implementation, QA, and event configuration.
• Web and event tracking: signal flow from site/app to data layer and platform endpoint.

Responsibilities

• Own the MarTech Jira intake process, assess priority and impact; assign owner and next action.
• Diagnose the failure layer before routing work; route defects to Product/Tech/Data teams.
• Manage ticket ageing, SLA adherence, escalation; turn recurring incidents into fixes or self‑service guidance.
• Configure GA4 properties and GTM tags; QA and publish tags across platforms.
• Implement and validate marketing events across GA4, Firebase, Adjust, Meta, and others.
• Monitor event health; translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Maintain MarTech stack knowledge (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, etc.).
• Own feed mappings between source feeds, Channable/Smartly and downstream platforms.
