Job summary

Arc Network is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead the launch marketing for HR Tech Abu Dhabi. You will craft campaigns, create content, and drive registrations and partnerships for a major new HR tech event in Abu Dhabi.

Fluent English is required; Arabic strongly preferred. The role involves collaboration across marketing, commercial, content, and operations, including multilingual localization and on-site support.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in marketing in events or B2B services.
• Experience working with or exposure to MENA markets.
• Fluent English; Arabic strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Email platforms, Google Analytics).
• CRM/registration platforms (Salesforce, Cvent, Eventbrite, or regional equivalents).
• Basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Responsibilities

• Event marketing: Develop targeted campaigns to attract exhibitors, sponsors, partners and attendees.
• Content creation: Develop event collateral, social posts, email newsletters, and show guides.
• Digital marketing: Manage paid digital campaigns (PPC, paid social, display).
• Social Media: Manage LinkedIn and other channels to grow awareness and engagement.
• CRM & database management: segment lists and manage registration data for persona campaigns.
• Website Management: Ensure sites and registration journeys are current and optimized for conversion.
• Partnership & media coordination: liaise with media partners and associations.
• On-site support: assist with event-day marketing execution and content capture.
• Post-event: prepare performance reports and post-show surveys.
• Multilingual content coordination: Arabic/English localization of content.
