Job summary

Arc Network is launching HR Tech Abu Dhabi and seeks a Marketing Specialist to drive the event's brand and audience. You will own campaigns, content, and digital marketing, partnering with the portfolio team to generate registrations and high-quality leads.

You will work in a hybrid Abu Dhabi setup, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver on-brand marketing, localization, and post-event analysis.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in marketing, ideally events/B2B.
• Experience with MENA markets.
• Fluent English; Arabic strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (email platforms, GA).
• CRM/registration platforms (Salesforce, Cvent, Eventbrite).
• Basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
• Familiarity with WordPress/CMS for event microsites.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing for HR Tech Abu Dhabi event launch.
• Develop targeted campaigns to attract exhibitors, sponsors, partners and attendees.
• Create event collateral, social posts, emails, and show guides.
• Manage paid digital campaigns: PPC, paid social, display ads.
• Oversee social activity to grow awareness and audience.
• Segment lists and build persona campaigns in the CRM.
• Ensure event sites and registration journeys convert well.
• Coordinate with partners, media, and government entities.
• Provide on-site marketing support and post-event reporting.
• Coordinate multilingual content (Arabic/English).
