Job summary

Arc in Abu Dhabi is launching HR Technology Abu Dhabi, a premier B2B event for HR tech leaders. The Content Lead will own the content strategy and conference programme from the ground up, collaborating with industry leaders, speakers, sponsors, sales and marketing teams to build a compelling lineup.

You will research market trends, identify priorities, recruit senior speakers, develop session descriptions and briefs, and ensure the programme supports commercial objectives while staying engaging

Qualifications

• Experience in conference production, event content, journalism, editorial, research or marketing.
• Experience in HR, HR tech, technology, SaaS or future-of-work sectors beneficial but not essential.
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong research, interviewing and copywriting skills.
• Experience engaging with senior-level professionals advantageous.
• Understanding of UAE or wider Middle East business market beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own the content strategy and conference programme for the launch of HR Technology Abu Dhabi.
• Conduct market research via interviews, meetings, desk research, industry reports, social media and attendance at relevant industry events.
• Build relationships with senior HR, technology and business leaders to understand their priorities, challenges and emerging trends.
• Identify compelling topics, themes and speakers that will resonate with the target audience.
• Develop and write high-quality conference programmes, session descriptions, speaker briefs and supporting content.
• Ensure the programme is commercially relevant, differentiated and aligned with the overall event proposition.
• Continuously monitor the HR technology, AI and future-of-work landscape to ensure content remains current and engaging.
