Arc network is launching HR Technology Abu Dhabi and seeks a Content Lead to shape the event's content strategy from the ground up. You will research market needs, identify trends, and develop a compelling conference programme that appeals to senior HR and technology leaders.

You will collaborate with industry figures, speakers, sponsors, and internal teams to deliver a distinguished content proposition, manage on-site delivery, and drive audience engagement in a fast-moving regional market.

Competenze

• Experience in conference production, editorial, or content roles is advantageous.
• Experience in HR tech, SaaS or future-of-work sectors is beneficial but not essential.
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• Strong research, interviewing and copywriting skills.
• Experience engaging with senior-level professionals is advantageous.
• Understanding UAE/Middle East business market is beneficial.
• Fluency in Arabic would be an advantage but is not essential.

• Define and own the content strategy and conference programme for the HR Technology Abu Dhabi launch.
• Conduct market research via interviews, meetings, reports, social media and events.
• Build relationships with senior leaders to understand priorities and trends.
• Identify topics, themes and speakers that resonate with the audience.
• Develop high-quality conference programmes, session descriptions and speaker briefs.
• Ensure the programme is commercially relevant, differentiated and aligned with the event proposition.
• Monitor HR tech, AI and future-of-work trends to keep content current.
• Research, recruit and brief senior-level speakers; manage speaker communications and assets.
• Create content to support marketing, sales, and sponsorship objectives; collaborate with teams.
