Arc Network is launching HR Tech Abu Dhabi and seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to own the marketing strategy for the event's launch. You will lead campaigns across email, social, PPC, content and database marketing, aiming to build an engaged audience and drive registrations.

With 4+ years in UAE/Middle East events or B2B marketing, you will drive marketing performance, work with sales to maximise conversions and manage spend. A hybrid Abu Dhabi role, offering an exciting ground-up brand build.

Formación

• 4+ years in UAE/Middle East events or B2B marketing.
• Experience across integrated campaigns across channels.
• Arabic fluency is an advantage but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy for HR Tech Abu Dhabi launch.
• Lead day-to-day marketing across channels and manage a junior marketer.
• Drive registrations and generate high-quality leads.
• Monitor spend and performance against budgets.
• Build partnerships with HR, technology and business organisations in UAE/GCC.
