Job summary

United Arab Bank is seeking a senior Manager of Marketing Operations & Martech to lead the governance, planning and budgeting for the Marketing & Communications function in Sharjah. The role oversees procurement, agency management, marketing technology and KPI reporting to ensure compliant, data-driven delivery.

You will also drive policy improvements, audits and customer protection initiatives, coordinating audits and automation projects while championing education campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field; Project Management qualification desirable.
• 8–12 years in Marketing Operations, PMO, Martech or Marketing Services.
• Experience with budgets, procurement and agency management; FinTech exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Marketing PMO and project portfolio.
• Manage request intake, prioritization and workflow.
• Maintain the Marketing Service Catalogue, RACI matrices, SLAs and TATs.
• Manage budgets, purchase orders and invoices.
• Manage and oversee the marketing calendar and effort allocation.
• Lead procurement and agency governance.
• Administer and optimize marketing technology platforms for efficiency, cost cutting and digitization.
• Produce executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Maintain marketing policies, SOPs and governance documentation.
• Coordinate audits and compliance requirements.
• Drive operational improvements and automation.
• Be the champion of all customer protection and education campaigns and initiatives.
• Be the champion of all compliance and internal audit matters.
